2. The Service

VoiceGeni.us provides an AI-powered voice orchestration platform designed for service professionals. Our agents automate lead capture, scheduling, and customer communication. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. Billing and Subscriptions

• Subscriptions: Billed monthly or annually in advance via session-based or scheduled billing.
• Minute Allotments: Each plan includes a specific number of minutes. Overages are billed at the rate specified in your plan settings.
• Trials: Trial periods are provided for evaluation. You must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
• Refunds: All payments are processed via Polar and are non-refundable except where required by local consumer law.

4. User Responsibilities & Compliance

You agree to use VoiceGeni.us only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for compliance with:

• Recording Laws: You must ensure that your use of the Service (which records calls) complies with all applicable one-party or all-party consent laws in your territory.
• Telemarketing: You must comply with TCPA, GDPR, and other regulations regarding outbound calling and SMS.

5. Intellectual Property

The VoiceGeni.us software, brand, and documentation are the exclusive property of VoiceGeni.us. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the service for your business operations.
